POSTAGE & PACKING
The shopping basket will automatically work out the correct
postage for your order based on the combined weight of the items
you have added to the basket up to a maximum of £9.95 (within
England). FREE P&P will apply on all orders valuing £200 or
above.
DELIVERY
For courier
deliveries, we aim to despatch all orders placed before 12pm the
same day. Orders placed after 12pm may not be sent until the
next working day. Although we send out all courier orders on a
next day delivery service, it is not guaranteed that you will
receive your order on the next working day. Royal mail deliveries normally
take 2-4 working days but may take longer depending on your area
and the time of year.
Please put any additional
delivery instructions in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" box at time
of placing order.
NOTE: We are charged £4
for each unsuccessful attempt to deliver your order by our
courier. We must pass this
charge on to you the customer. If your order has been classed as
a failed delivery we can either re-send the order (at your cost)
or issue a refund (for goods only less all shipping costs). For
orders sent by by Royal Mail there is no charge raised for the
return, where appropriate the customer is still responsible for
the shipping charge to re-send.
TAX CHARGES
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Upon completion
of a successful order you will automatically receive
a VAT receipt.

shopping system over the Internet. All credit card payments are

If you find a
lower price on an in stock new identical mount product from any
other online supplier just email us the details when you place
the order and we will refund the difference.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that
you have to return any products to us you should be aware of the
following.
Please email info@ukdpi.co.uk with any problems. This helps
us both have a record of events. We always answer emails in
the order they are received and as soon as practically possible.
DO NOT TELEPHONE US. Our
staff who answer the telephone will be unlikely to be able to
help as they are mainly trained in other areas of the business. You will get a

Cancelling an
Order
You have the right to
cancel the contract for your purchase (excluding photographs
ordered through the gallery) within 7 working days of
delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling
your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You can
only cancel your order if all the goods you have ordered are
still unopened and in their original sealed packages in which they were delivered to
you.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the
delivery note. Package the items securely and send them to us
with the delivery note within 7 working days of the date that
the items were delivered. We request that you email us at

tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24
hours' advance warning is required for returns. The return

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that
you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to
us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. You should be
aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be
able to cancel any contract you have with us for services
carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we
receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this
order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price
for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract,
any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited
to your account (minus a 20% re-stocking fee) as soon as possible and in any event within 30
days of your order, provided that the goods in question are
returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in
when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered
to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled
to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the
amount to be re-credited to you
Damaged Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive
them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it
may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the
package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign
to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged
prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the
price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by email within 24hrs (preferably immediately
on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible
for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.
Note: For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a
certificate of posting when returning your order. (available
from the post office at time of posting)
